Reviews...

Movie Reviews:
"The Human Centipede"

Well, I finally got around to finishing this nasty blasted movie. All in all, I wondered, "This writer/director is nasty. What the hell were you thinking Tom Six?!?!" What can I say in order not to give anything away aka spoiler alerts? It's a nasty movie, no they do not show all the incisions, the victims are somewhat stupid...ok no they are stupid, what the hell is the doc thinking of, this doc has very odd fetishes...if they can be called fetishes, and well...how can they make another movie out of this concept? Again, if you're not into this type of movies, then I really don't suggest you watching it. I had a hard time continuing watching this movie; like literally I stopped watching it half way cause I knew the incision parts were coming and well...it might've taken me less than a week to get back into literally hit the play button to continue it. Kudos to you if you don't pause this movie at all aaaand you're willing to see the second part to it!

"Case 39"

I wanted to see this movie in the theaters, since it seemed really interesting, but I never got the chance to see it. Though I had the chance recently to see it through Netflix on my Kindle and I liked it. Here's a preview of it:

At first glance you think its the father or child abuse and well, case closed right? Wrong. In order for me not to give anything away, I'm going to say....Its not what you think a first glance in all you see in the preview above or in general. It's really got twists and turns and well you will think to yourself, "Really? Its that?!". Its a good terror-like movie that will make you think and no you won't get scared to the point you can't sleep at night. It's a light terror movie and if you're into suspense, terror, twists and all then I do suggest renting/buying it!

"Ghosts of Girlfriends Past"

I believe I either saw this movie in the theaters with my boyfriend or we rented it before, but recently I wanted to buy a new movie for the family to watch and well this was the cheapest one they had at Walmart lol! At glance, it looks cheesy and the typical "oh they'll get together in the end" or "something happens in the beginning" and well, it is one of those (but I'm not spilling anything, lol) and it works out in the end of it all. It is a romantic comedy, but it also shares a moral within all the comedy it has. I like movies like these because it really does show a moral through it all and hopefully opens the eyes or views of the people who watch these types of movies. It does start "slowish" at first, but it builds tension and the story/moral as it continues. I would recommend buying/renting it, if you're the type to like watching romantic comedy movies, with morals!

"The Langoliers" and "Sometimes They Come Back"

I'm currently switching back and forth with these two movies. Both are novellas by Stephen King and turned into tv  miniseries/movies. I recently came across a list of novellas of his that were turned into movies or tv miniseries/movies. If you would like this list, here it is and check out which movies you have seen for yourself. I have seen 30 of those movies in that list and that number will grow, trust me on that...I'm a big Stephen King fan."The Langoliers" at first, I didn't think I have seen it, but once I saw previews of it...it seemed familiar to me. I remember when I was younger seeing a similar movie like it and I believe this one's it. So I found it through youtube and started watching it there. "Sometimes They Come Back" was one I just browsed to see what it was about and it definitely caught my attention. Though very recently it also seems I have seen it before, but I won't jump that fast with that thought and will continue to watch it via youtube as well. Here are some previews of both:

 App Recommendations

Since I got my Kindle Fire, I was wondering if anyone has any recommendations of applications. Can be a FREE book, definitely FREE apps: games, music, etc that I can download and well check out at first. I already got Solitaire, Bejeweled 2, Netflix, Autodesk Sketchbook, ebuddy, and well other apps that came with the product. Anything that you think I would like to try out I wouldn't mind and of course I will check out the reviews of it first before downloading to see if I like it or not. I appreciate the recommendations if any is given!
